By accessing and using AnnotationLeader software and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
AnnotationLeader is developed and operated by AnnotationLeader. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AnnotationLeader.
AnnotationLeader grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Revit plugin software for architectural design and annotation purposes. Each license is valid for one user and can be activated on up to 3 devices as specified in your subscription plan.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our authorized payment processor. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
All software, content, and materials provided by AnnotationLeader are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our software without explicit written permission.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
AnnotationLeader shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason deemed necessary. Upon termination, your right to use the software will cease immediately.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of China.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
